Joey King attends the "La Plus Precieuse Des Marchandises" premiere at CannesJoey King is making her debut at the Cannes Film Festival in style.
On Friday, May 24, the Bullet Train actress, 24, hit the red carpet for the premiere of her first movie at the French film festival, La Plus Precieuse Des Marchandises (or The Most Precious of Cargoes in English).
King wore an elegant yet sexy, baby blue floor-length gown from designer Cong Tri that featured a tight sheer, bodice and skirt. Her chest and middle were covered with flowing pieces of silk blue fabric, while the sheer look showed off her legs and stomach. The blue fabric was also adorned with small, silver jewels across King's midsection, giving the dress a glittering, shining texture.

She completed the look — which was styled by Jared Eng — with strappy high heels from Gianvito Rossi and matching silvery-blue jewelry designed by Gabriel & Co., including earrings and rings that featured blue stones.
The Oscar-winner spoke to PEOPLE on the event's red carpet, where she opened up about self-acceptance and how her perspective on beauty has changed over the years.
The 1923 actress said that although she recognizes that there are "beautiful people in the world," such as Naomi Campbell and David Beckham, she does not fall into the same category.
“I look okay, but I'm not that beautiful. But we are all individuals and we all have our own individuality. And I think ultimately it's just embracing that and allowing yourself to be what you are."

"I desperately wanted to be Twiggy," she added, reflecting on the beauty icon of her youth, "and I absolutely was not Twiggy in any sense."
"The real trick is to learn to accept yourself and love yourself, accept your absolute individuality and be proud of it," she added.
After the event, King gushed about her look on Instagram. " I felt sexy, and felt like a princess. Didn’t know both at the same time were achievable," she wrote.

"One day, the woodcutter's wife rescues a baby. A baby girl thrown from one of the many trains that constantly pass through the forest," a synopsis from Cannes reads. "This baby, this 'most precious of cargoes', will transform the lives of the poor woodcutter’s wife and her husband, as well as those whose paths the child will cross – including the man who threw her from the train. And some will try to protect her, whatever the cost."
