Jimmy Butler’s Southern California home is designed to make him feel like he's always on vacation!
The Miami Heat forward, 35, opened the doors to his massive abode located outside of San Diego during a video tour of the space with Architectural Digest. Butler called on HGTV’s Tiffany Brooks to bring his larger-than-life vision for his home to fruition — and the end results do not disappoint.
During the tour, the NBA star brings viewers into his sprawling wine cellar that boasts 20,000 bottles of wine. He explains that this beloved room in the house may not exist if it weren't for his old pal Mark Wahlberg. After showing off his “favorite” wine, Sassicaia, he recalls how the actor first introduced it to him many years ago.

Butler continues, “[Wahlberg] popped a bottle of 2010 Sassicaia, and that’s probably the most collected wine that I have.”

The space boasts a large tree in the center of the room surrounded by multiple tables where he and his neighbors can catch up over a cup of coffee, he says.
“This is my spot. This is the first BIGFACE coffee shop here in my own home,” Butler notes. “After basketball, this is what I want to be doing. Coffee’s a lot like wine in the sense that you can never know everything about it. But more than anything you get to sit down with people that you don’t get to see every day. And that’s always been my dream. Just chill, coffee and talk to some really cool people.”
Along with outdoor seating options, Butler’s at-home coffee shop features a custom espresso machine from Italy.
