Jennifer Lopez’s New Documentary Has Fans Seeing Her & Ben Affleck in a Whole New Light
With so many years in the spotlight, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s relationship has been through a lot. While some fans rejoiced when the two reconnected back in 2021, the internet also seemed to over-analyze everything about them, from Affleck’s seemingly bored expressions, to their animated conversations on the carpet. Overall, it’s safe to say the two are one of the most polarizing couples in Hollywood.
But, with the release of Lopez’s new documentary of Prime Video, titled The Greatest Love Story Never Told, fans are seeing the couple in a whole new light. Sharing quick moments here and there, it seems like even the biggest Bennifer haters might be rethinking their opinions.

In one clip, that has now gone viral on TikTok, Lopez is seen opening up to the Oscar winner about her second thougts about her movie, This Is Me… Now.
“I have good intentions with this, I just don’t want it to suck,” Lopez tells her husband. “Right now it sucks because it’s not finished,” Affleck responds. “You gotta discern between things that suck DNA-wise and things that just don’t work.”
“DNA I don’t think it sucks,” Lopez says. “Then that’s all you need,” Affleck responds, offering some major reassurance.
Lopez then reiterates that, at the moment, she thought her project “sucked.” “It doesn’t suck,” Affleck affirms. “That’s just inexperience that you haven’t been in this process before.” “I’m sorry that I’m not this award-winner director,” Lopez pokes fun while hugging Affleck.
“If I was doing a musical concert, I would say to you, ‘Tell me how this usually goes. Are you usually afraid before your performance?'” Affleck adds.
In the comments, users are commenting at how refreshing and real their conversation seems. “I enjoyed seeing this side of them, media always makes them out to be upset with one another ??,” commented one user. “What a deep partnership. The love and respect for each other’s creativity is so beautiful,” commented another. “FINALLY a real moment!” another commenter wrote. “That’s the real love!??”
In another clip, shared my Prime Video on TikTok, the two are seen working together on the movie’s script. “Opening her eyes in a hospital bed, younger, age 28, like she was in a mansion but exhausted,” Lopez says, reading her script. “Technically, you weren’t 28 but whatever,” Affleck then teases his wife.
“You were, that’s why you weren’t as smart as me,” Lopez then pokes him back. “It’s your story but younger,” Affleck then says, letting out a cheeky laugh. “You’re an idiot,” Lopez replies.
“They need to show more of this side of themselves- it’s actually quite cute and relatable,” one user wrote in the comments. “I’ve never seen them this way… I’m in love with them. They look like teens together so happy ?? ??,” echoed another.
Nothing like a documentary for us to really know how these celebs are behind the curtains!
