Being a new mom and juggling a TV show, Witches of East End, doesn’t require magic, says Jenna Dewan-Tatum — just a little teamwork with the Sexiest Man Alive.
“He is getting really good at being the set husband — that’s what I call him,” Dewan-Tatum, 32, tells ET Canada of Channing Tatum.
When the actress is busy filming, the new dad is on duty, caring for the couple’s 4-month-old daughter Everly.
“He’s in the trailer, he’s rocking her to sleep, I’m running back and forth breastfeeding,” Dewan-Tatum says.
“He’s been amazing — every chance he gets he’s here. He’s like, ‘I could sit here and be set husband all day long. This is so fun!'”
It has been a busy few months for the proud parents. After welcoming Everly in May, the new mom reported to the Vancouver set of her show in July.
“We knew it was coming,” Dewan-Tatum explains. “I had this show coming up, and we just knew, okay, let’s get through these four months and prepare for it as much as possible, which I’m learning is the key of motherhood: prepping. It’s going good so far.”
And what does the Sexiest Dad Alive think of his wife’s bewitching new show, which premieres Oct. 6, on Lifetime? “My husband has seen an episode,” Dewan-Tatum says. “He thought it was amazing.”
