IHOP Unveils a Giant, Pizza-Sized Pancake Called the 'Pancizza'
On this edition of Things You Never Knew You Needed But Totally Do, we bring you *drumroll please*…the Pancizza.
As IHOP’s contribution to the National Pizza Day celebration on February 9, the Pancizza is a combination of two of America’s favorite round foods: pancakes and pizza. Pronounced Pan-keet-za (because we know you were wondering), it is essentially a giant pancake, measuring 7”, available in three flavors—original buttermilk, cupcake and bacon & cheddar. It will cost $4.99, and a selection of IHOP’s signature syrups will come with each order.
These limited-time-only pancake pies will only be available for pickup from February 8-10 in select IHOP locations, and can be ordered for delivery from participating Doordash-serviced IHOP restaurants in Chicago, Dallas, New York City and Los Angeles areas during that same time period. Bonus: there will be a $0 delivery fee for first-time DoorDash users with the code PANCIZZA.

If you happen to live in the New York City area, head over to legendary pizzeria Bleeker Street Pizza on February 9 from 11am-11pm, as IHOP takes it over for a pop-up Pancizzeria Shop in honor of National Pizza Day. Visitors will be treated to a free slice of Pancizza all day long, in a variety of exclusive pop-up shop flavors.
If you’ve ever had the difficult decision of choosing between pizza and pancakes (an every day occurrence, obviously) IHOP has got your back this weekend. Feel free to indulge.
