‘Hunger Games’ Trio Pulls Off Epic Prank for a Good Cause
Jennifer Lawrence can add master prankster to her impressive resume.
Popular YouTubers Smosh, who are known for pranking celebs during interviews, decided to take on J.Law during a press junket for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2. What comedy duo Ian Andrew Hecox and Anthony Padilla didn’t know was that the Oscar winner was actually pulling a fast one on them, too. The 25-year-old, along with co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson, joined Defy Media’s latest “pranks for good” initiative, helping to raise awareness about muscular dystrophy.
Smosh superfan Dylan Miceli-Nelson, 14, who was diagnosed with the genetic disorder when he was just a toddler, helped Liam and Josh feed Jennifer responses to Hecox and Padilla’s questions through an ear piece. At one point, the Lawrence pretends to be so offended by the interviewer that she storms off, spewing a few four-letter words on her way out the door.
