Hugh Hefner's son Cooper, 'Harry Potter' actress Scarlett Byrne welcome baby girl
Congratulations are in order for Cooper Hefner and Scarlett Byrne – they're officially parents.
The businessman and son of the late Hugh Hefner, 28, and his actress and model wife, 29, announced Monday that they've welcomed a baby girl.
"At 5:23pm this afternoon Scarlett and I welcomed our daughter Betsy Rose Hefner into the world. We are overwhelmed with gratitude, love and joy," Hefner wrote on Instagram with a series of photos of himself, his wife and the latest addition to the family in the hospital.
Hefner told E! News that the baby's name is inspired by his late grandmother, Betsy Aldridge-Conrad, who passed away in July.
"My grandmother meant the world to both Scarlett and I," he said.
He also gushed over his baby girl's arrival.
"We are overwhelmed with joy to share that our daughter, Betsy Rose Hefner, has arrived," he added. "We look forward to being home and spending time together as a family in the days and weeks ahead."

Byrne first announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post on March 10.
"Cooper and I are delighted to share that we have a little one on the way. Our hearts are filled with gratitude and joy, and the two of us can’t wait to meet the newest little Hefner," she shared with a picture of her showing off a small baby bump.
She's been giving her 227,000 followers bump-dates ever since, including a photo from her "virtual shower" for "Baby Hefner."
"It was very special for Cooper and I to see our family and friends come together to show their love and support for our little girl," she wrote. "Our hearts are full of gratitude knowing our baby is already so loved by a wonderful community of people."
Hefner and Byrne have been married since 2019.
She is best known for her roles in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," both installments of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" as well as "Skybound."
