The house 'Big Bang Theory' star Jim Parsons is selling for $9M has a Robsten connection
Jim Parsons plays a nerd on the hit show The Big Bang Theory, but in real life, the 45-year-old actor owns a home in the trendy L.A. neighborhood of Los Feliz.
And now he’s put it on the market for $9 million, according to real estate website Trulia.
With only three bedrooms and four bathrooms, this isn’t your typical celebrity mansion — it’s 4,026 square feet in all — but it does have some luxe amenities: Hand-painted ceilings, a spacious closet, a balcony with beautiful views, a swimming pool, and a koi pond are all part of the package. Of course, the Spanish-style home offers privacy — a celebrity home essential. The lot measures more than 63,000 square feet, and the house is guarded by gates.

This pad still boasts many of the architectural details it had when it was built in 1922, but its main claim to fame dates from much later. Parsons purchased the house for $6.4 million in 2014 from Robert Pattinson, who once shared the place with his Twilight co-star and real-life love Kristen Stewart. The great Tim Curry is reportedly the person who sold the home to Pattinson.
