Shortly after the news surfaced, both T.J. and Amy shut down their Instagram accounts and were later benched from appearing on-air pending an internal review by ABC.

While the rumored coupled haven't said much about the allegations, T.J. has now filed for divorce from his wife Marilee Fiebig — and did so while in the middle of a Miami vacation with Amy.

She continued, "To that end, T.J.'s attorney and I have been working together to move their divorce forward privately, expeditiously, and as amicably as possible."

The attorney also shared that they "continue to be disappointed by T.J's lack of discretion, respect, and sensitivity toward Marilee and the parties' daughter."

But through it all, she says that Marilee has been "touched by the outpouring of support" and is looking "forward to new beginnings in the new year."
