George Clooney Says Acting with Brad Pitt in “Wolfs” Was 'Easy' from 'the Minute We Got There' (Exclusive)
"The fun part is that all the dialogue of us talking on top of each other was pretty easy to do because it was fun," George Clooney says of making 'Wolfs'
George Clooney and Brad Pitt had no problem reigniting their spark together on the set of their new thriller-comedy Wolfs.
At the Wednesday, Sept. 18 premiere of Wolfs at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, Clooney, 63, and Pitt, 60, discussed reuniting onscreen for the first time in years.
"I'm too old to hit a curve ball, but I think that's an automatic, too. Never going to be a straight answer or straight delivery," Clooney tells PEOPLE of working with Pitt, whom he has famously costarred with in movies like the Ocean's trilogy and Burn After Reading.
"No, from the minute we got there, it was just easy to do it again," he adds. "The fun part is that all the dialogue of us talking on top of each other was pretty easy to do because it was fun."

In the new movie, directed by Jon Watts (Spider-Man: Homecoming), Clooney and Pitt both portray fixers hired for the same job and forced to work together. "Over one explosive night, they'll have to set aside their petty grievances — and their egos — to finish the job," reads an official synopsis for the film.

Wolfs made its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival on Sept. 1, where Pitt and Clooney stepped out with their respective significant others Ines de Ramon and Amal Clooney in Italy for the big event. The movie also stars Amy Ryan, Poorna Jagannathan, Richard Kind and Austin Abrams.
On the red carpet in L.A., Pitt and Clooney also jested with PEOPLE about their Sexiest Man Alive titles (both men have won the honor twice in their careers). "This is the Sexiest Man Still Alive," Pitt says, in reference to Clooney, when asked if they have any advice for future candidates.
"Yes, exactly. That's going to be starting now. I know," Clooney says. "I tried to get AARP to do that for [Pitt,] Sexiest Man Still Alive. I have the T-shirt, by the way. Somebody else got it. Yeah, all I got was a T-shirt."
Wolfs is in theaters Sept. 20. The movie will begin streaming on Apple TV+ Sept. 27.
