Gayle King Gets Festive in Eye-Catching Red Boots for Kim Kardashian’s Skims Store Opening in NYC
Gayle King attended the opening of the new Skims store in New York City on Dec. 12 wearing a colorful ensemble tied together with chic red boots.
King stepped out to attend the star-studded event wearing a long fitted bright pink dress crafted from a ribbed fabric with a subtle shimmer. Additionally, her intricately embroidered coat made a major statement with a vibrant floral pattern in warm autumnal hues. The garment featured a white feathery fur trim as well.

King, a fan of red shoes, matched her apparel to pair of pointed scarlet-hued boots which picked up the notes of red in her coat. Appearing to be a suede material, the shoes brought a soft texture to her ensemble while offering an edge with a pointed toe. The boots strongly resembled a pair she wore at the after party for the play “Coriolanus” in September, which complemented a glittering purple and red striped dress. Similar styles can be found from Aquazzura, Schutz and more brands.
At an October event held at the The Paley Museum, King made a fashion statement in a red dress complemented by two different red pumps — one appeared to be metallic reptile embossed shoe and the other featured a matte fabric with a swirling floral-esque pattern. Also in October, she attended the Glamour Women of the Year event wearing embellished sheer red shoes from Badgley Mischka. She also stepped out in a pair of multi-colored Sneex featuring a bold red hue in November, one of many occasions on which she’s worn the new shoe designed by Sara Blakely.
