Future Might Be Hitting Ciara With A Lawsuit Of His Own

Ciara has recently filed a $15 million lawsuit against ex-fiance Future for slandering her name, but at just a day later, the tables have now turned. According to TMZ, the ‘Purple Reign’ rapper says Ciara bad-mouthed him first.

The Atlanta native credits Ciara’s 2015 platinum single “I Bet” for throwing his name in the mud. On the song she sings: “You know that it hurts your pride but you thought the grass was greener on the other side. I bet you start loving me as soon as I start loving someone else. Somebody better than you.”

Therefore it’s no surprise the masses speculate the track is about Future allegedly cheating on her. Sources close to Future say he could have sued his ex for this song, but he did not want to be petty. Yet the news site reports he is allegedly considering filing a lawsuit against Ciara as well; though he has yet to see her court documents.
