Funk Flex to celebrate birthday with free ‘R&B Picnic’ in Manhattan
MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — New York City, it’s time to drop a bomb and celebrate hip-hop DJ Funk Flex’s birthday in Manhattan on Sunday.
The “R&B Picnic” will be free in Central Park at SummerStage, according to the announcement on Wednesday.
The show will feature music from guests such as Fridayy, Capella Grey, WanMor, Honey Bxby, Doug E. Fresh, Slick Rick, Dana Dane, and more.
Event organizers said the picnic will include a variety of food vendors, interactive activities and merch that will only be available at the event.
The doors will open to the show at 6 p.m., and it will continue from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m.
