Fubar Season 2: Carrie-Anne Moss Joins Netflix Arnold Schwarzenegger Series
The cast of Fubar Season 2 has grown, with Matrix star Carrie Anne-Moss joining the upcoming installment of the Netflix action series led by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Fubar Season 2 centers on Luke Brunner, played by Terminator icon Schwarzenegger. Luke is a veteran CIA operative and, up until recently, he was on the verge of retirement. But after his last mission, which involved saving another operative — his daughter Emma (Top Gun: Maverick star Monica Barbaro) — Luke is right back to face new villains. The latest villain, though, is an old flame from Luke’s past. She threatens to destroy the world, provided she doesn’t destroy Luke’s life first.
According to Variety, Moss will play Greta Nelso, a former East German spy who has a passionate history with Luke. Moss joins the Fubar Season 2 cast that includes Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Jay Baruchel, Aparna Brielle, Andy Buckley, Milan Carter, Fabiana Udenio, and Barbara Eve Harris. They all return from the previous season.
Nick Santora serves as the creator, showrunner, and executive producer of Fubar. Schwarzenegger stars and executive produces the series. Adam Higgs, Scott Sullivan, Phil Abraham, Amy Pocha, Seth Cohen with Skydance Television’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Matt Thunell all also executive produce.
Moss’ memorable roles
known for her memorable turn as Trinity in the Matrix franchise, Moss will next be seen in the Disney+ series The Acolyte. Moss is playing Indara, a Jedi master, in the Star Wars show. Along with The Acolyte, Moss is also well-known for her roles in Jessica Jones and recently appeared in the Paramount+ drama series Tell Me A Story.
On the big screen, Moss had a prominent supporting role in the Christopher Nolan film Memento. Her other film credits include Red Planet (2000), Chocolat, Fido, Snow Cake, Disturbia, and Unthinkable.
