Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 has a release date, as confirmed by Matthew Lillard.
According to the actor, who plays William Afton in the family friendly horror movie, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 hits theaters December 5, 2025.
A direct follow-on from the first film, the sequel continues the story surrounding the haunted Chuck E. Cheese-esque restaurant, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Here, the animatronic mascots come alive with murderous intent.
The first movie released October 2023 to huge box office success, generating $297 million globally and quickly becoming Blumhouse’s highest-grossing film of all time. That means it beat out M3GAN, The Black Phone, Hush, The Invisible Man, and Get Out.
