Your Favorite 'Game Of Thrones' Character Is Officially Returning

Before we get started ...

Lyanna Mormont is coming.

Season 6 of “Game of Thrones” delivered some of the show’s biggest moments: Jon Snow returned, Cersei took the Iron Throne, and Dany is headed to Westeros. But one character stole the spotlight more than anyone, and now she’s officially back in Season 7.

Yeah, we’re talking about Lyanna Mormont. Just look at her excited face:

Watchers on the Wall first reported on photos posted on Twitter showing actress Bella Ramsey on set in full northern garb, confirming the character’s return. WotW reports the photos were taken the same day as pictures of Kit Harington, Gwendoline Christie, and Liam Cunningham.

Mormont, the Lady of Bear Island, made an immediate impression on Season 6 by sassing Jon and Sansa, giving the scowl to rule them all to Ramsay Bolton (seen above), and declaring Jon Snow the King in the North.

Now she’s back in Season 7, and we couldn’t be more excited. She’s our queen from this day until her last day.
