Eras Tour dancer Kameron Saunders is opening up about how he feels following the end of Taylor Swift’s two-year-long, record-breaking tour.

“I’m not quite ready with the proper words to encapsulate this entire experience and the past 2 years of my life so guys PLEASE be patient with me as I navigate how best to do that,” he wrote in a lengthy caption. “BUT what I can and am ready to do is say thank you to my Boss Lady!”
He went on to praise, Swift for steering “the HELL out of this ship” throughout the 149 shows across 21 countries and five continents.
“With poise, confidence, heart, passion, kindness, utter bravery and love!!! Every SECOND of this with you I felt seen, honored, celebrated, valued, respected… babe, I would follow you anywhere at any time in any universe in EVERY lifetime,” he continued. “It has been the honor of my life to have been at your side night after night! I won’t get too carried away because I know you have a birthday coming up and I’ll probably have some more overly sentimental shit to say. LMFAO ?????? But I love you! Thank you.”
Throughout the tour, Saunders was often seen beside Swift onstage during several key moments of the show, including performances of “Karma,” “22” and the transition into “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” Early in the tour, he gained popularity among fans and rode that wave all the way through.
Another dancer, Jan Ravnik, also took to social media to share a lengthy post about the end of the tour and how he could not find the words to describe how he was feeling.
“It’s like there’s this weight in my chest, a mix of gratitude, love and sadness, because saying ‘thank you’ just doesn’t seem enough,” he wrote on Instagram. “I never imagined I’d be performing in front of sold out stadiums across the globe. Night after night, I got to share the stage with the most dedicated, creative, and passionate people.”
He praised his fellow dancers who inspired him to be better every day, the band, the crew, everyone behind the scenes who “made the magic happen” and, of course, Swift herself.
“Thank you to Taylor for setting a bar so high it made every one of us rise to the challenge,” Ravnik continued. “We’ve created memories, we’ve shared laughs and tears along the way. I am not same person I was 2 years ago and I can easily say these were the best years of my life. Thank you @taylorswift for changing my life!!”
After the final show of The Eras Tour, it was revealed that more than 10 million people attended the shows, and it made more than $2 billion in ticket sales to become the most lucrative tour in history.
On Sunday, Swift took a moment onstage to thank the fans for coming out for the “adventure of a lifetime.
“I speak on behalf of my band, my crew, my fellow performers who all left their families and have spent time away from everything that they know and love and have performed when they were sick, when anything was going on in their lives,” she said to the crowd. “They made sure that this show happened for you and I just wanted to say that on behalf of all of us we will never forget you giving us that moment. Thank you so much.”
