The post began with a sweet photo of the two kissing in front of an oceanfront backdrop. In another, they posed for a selfie while wearing matching sunglasses. Additional snaps showed them watching a sunset.
VanCamp and Bowman, 35, got engaged in May 2017 and tied the knot in the Bahamas on Dec. 15, 2018.
Before the special day, Vancamp told PEOPLE that they were taking their time with wedding planning and were focused on work and enjoying their time together.
"We got engaged and then both hit the ground running with work. We're not in a rush and we're not in the wedding planning zone. I think once we start, it'll go quickly hopefully, but we're both very focused on our work, so the little time we have together, we just want to be together," she told PEOPLE in January 2018.

The couple met while co-starring on ABC's Revenge, in which they played an on-screen husband and wife. In August 2021, they welcomed their first baby, a daughter named Iris.
In a previous conversation with PEOPLE, VanCamp opened up about what she appreciates most about her husband.
"I tend to be a little bit more on the broody side, a little bit more pensive and I don't know, more of the realist. He's more of an idealist. It's very nice to have that as a balance. I was very lucky to have such a positive person around all the time," she told PEOPLE in April 2021.
