‘Dora and the Lost City of Gold’ Trailer Shows the Explorer Facing the Jungle of High School (Video)
Dora the Explorer faces one of the most unruly jungles ever — the modern big-city high school — in the first trailer for Paramount’s “Dora and the Lost City of Gold,” which was released Saturday.
Isabela Moner, who was last seen in “Instant Family” and “Sicario: Day of the Soldado,” stars as a teenage version of the cartoon Nickelodeon hero. She’s out to save her parents and discover the secret of a lost city of gold in a new adventure — along with her trusty backpack and blue monkey pal Boots.
After spending most of her life exploring the jungle with her parents (Eva Longoria and Michael Pe?a), Dora (Moner) sets out on her most dangerous adventure ever — high school.
