Donald Trump Jr. Parades New Girlfriend Bettina Anderson at Dad’s Big Speech
Donald Trump Jr. and new boo Bettina Anderson were all smiles during President Donald Trump’s address to Congress Tuesday.
Anderson, a Palm Beach socialite, sat by the eldest Trump son on the sidelines while the president reflected on his almost two months in office, the latest hard-launch of their relationship—which was first reported last year.
The model was first spotted in Trump’s orbit at the Republican National Convention in July last year, where she was captured sitting behind Trump Jr. and former flame Kimberly Guilfoyle. A few months later, The Daily Mail published an explosive report claiming that the two were spotted looking extra close in Palm Beach. In one December report, they were pictured holding hands while walking around the area.
While Trump Jr. never publicly addressed his split from fiance Kimberly Guilfoyle, whom he began dating in 2018 and got engaged to in 2020, he did tell Page Six in December that the former couple would “never stop caring for each other.”
“I could not be more proud of her and the important role she’ll continue to play in my father’s administration,” he said, referring to Guilfoyle’s ambassadorship to Greece. He added that they would “always keep a special bond.”
Anderson and Trump Jr. have since attended a handful of public events together, showing up together to several of the president’s inaugural festivities in January and some Super Bowl events in February—where they proceeded to go Instagram official.
Their appearance Tuesday marks yet another formal date night for the pair.
