Donald Trump: Erick Erickson Is A 'Loser,' Megyn Kelly Was 'A Mess'

Donald Trump said that it was an "honor" to be disinvited from a conservative gathering after he seemed to suggest that Fox News host Megyn Kelly asked him pointed questions at Thursday's GOP debate because she was menstruating.
Conservative writer Erick Erickson withdrew Trump's invitation to attend the RedState Gathering after Trump made the comments. Trump, who has denied that he was referring to menstruation, called Erickson a "loser" in a statement on Saturday, and referenced several instances in which Erickson himself had come under fire for making obscene comments.
"Also, not only is Erick a total loser, he has a history of supporting establishment losers in failed campaigns so it is an honor to be uninvited from his event. Mr. Trump is an outsider who does not fit his agenda," Trump said in a statement.

Trump also said that "only a deviant" would think that he was referring to anything other than blood coming out of Kelly's nose. Still, he did not back down from criticizing Kelly, who asked Trump about instances in which he had called women "fat pigs," "dogs," "slobs" and "disgusting animals."
"Mr. Trump made Megyn Kelly look really bad -- she was a mess and was totally caught off guard," Trump said.
