DJ Akademiks and ATL Jacob Have Tense Back and Forth Over Producers Having an Opinion

Akademiks and ATL Jacob were engaged in a tense exchange on X, and fans have no idea what's going on.

On Tuesday, Jacob hopped on X and had some words for Akademiks over something the latter said about producers in the music industry. The media personality claimed that producers shouldn't have an opinion when it comes to making music and Jacob wasn't too happy with that statement.

"Aye lil bruh @Akademiks u sound dumb as hell," Jacob tweeted. "N***a said 'u can't have an opinion cause u a producer' what u think got me here? I got a opinion about every song I work on."

Akademiks caught wind of Jacob's tweet and replied, "You heard what I said n***a STFU and make some drums if you gon back peddle every single time u speak out the side of ur mouth and get checked."

Jacob then invited Akademiks to Atlanta and called him a "bitch" but Ak made fun of the statement by sarcastically saying he was "terrified" by the threat. But things got more interesting when Jacob offered Ak $250,000 to show proof of him gossiping on his friends.

"Fat fuck @Akademiks I'll give u $250,000 CASH show me gossiping on any of my bruddas personal lives," Jacob wrote. In return, Ak said, "You sound like a HOE tryna show out. N***a i dont need ur lil money. Go invest that in ya career. I run media I love n***as like you who gossip bout their n***as (futureetc) to me. I'll explain on my stream."

Akademiks went on to say he doesn't let any rappers talk crazy to him and called Jacob a "wanna be metroboomin ass n***a" while admitting that the producer snitched on himself as there is proof of him gossiping about Future. However, Jacob continued to try and bait Akademiks into providing information on him talking about his friends.

This is the latest war of words ATL Jacob has found himself in as he was engaged in a back-and-forth with Cardi B last week over her allegedly cheating on Offset while she was eight months pregnant. In that spat though Jacob claimed he wasn't trying to diss or shade Cardi.
