Colton Haynes Finally Settles Divorce With Jeff Leatham
Colton Haynes is officially a single man as he has reached a divorce settlement with ex-husband Jeff Leatham.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, Haynes and Leatham informed the judge they have settled all issues in their divorce, after dragging their feet on a deal for over a year.
The settlement will cover how they will split assets and property. It also means the two are officially single.
As soon as a judge signs off on the settlement, the case will be closed.
Haynes originally filed for divorce from Leatham in 2018, following 6 months of marriage. He requested that his estranged husband not receive spousal support, and each pay their own legal bills.
Leatham filed a response days later, citing the same reason for the divorce and agreed with neither being awarded spousal support.
The two were rumored to be reconciling after the split after being spotted together months after the divorce was filed.
Haynes and Leatham both even posted on Instagram celebrating their 1-year anniversary despite the divorce still being active.
The case was at a standstill for several months until earlier this year, when the two started moving the process along and exchanging financial information, to assist in a settlement.
47-year-old Leatham met 30-year-old Haynes through mutual friend Serena Williams and started dating shortly after the actor came out publicly.
Leatham proposed to Haynes in March 2017, and even tapped Cher to help him film a video for the proposal. The actor married the celebrity florist months later, with the wedding being officiated by Kris Jenner.
