In addition to being a touring and recording musician, Brandon Lake is a worship pastor at Seacoast Church in Charleston, South Carolina. A successful crowdfunding campaign in 2015 led to the independent release of his first studio album, "Closer," in 2016.

Special guest Hulvey's first studio album, "Christopher" (his first name), debuted and peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard Top Christian/Gospel Albums chart and reached No. 19 on Billboard's Rap Albums chart. He also has released four EPs.
In addition to his solo career, Hulvey frequently collaborates with other artists such as his label mate Lecrae, whose 2020 album "Restoration" featured Hulvey on two tracks. The 25-year-old rapper also received writing credits for two other songs on the album.
In addition to his solo work, Hulvey was featured on two songs ("Restored" and "Celebrate More") from label mate Lecrae's album Restoration and also received writing credits for two additional songs on the album ("Set Me Free" and "Over the Top").
