20 Destiny's Child Performances That Brought The House Down
If I had a dime for every time Destiny's Child wowed a crowd with an awesome musical number, then I would have a whole lot of dough.

Prior to the members of DC embarking on their successful solo careers, they formed one of the most popular girl groups ever.
Before Destiny's Child, there was Girl's Tyme, a girl group with members Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, Támar Davis, LaTavia Roberson, and Nikki and Nina Taylor.
Here they are singing on an episode of Star Search, with a young Beyoncé belting it out on the left.
When Támar Davis and Nikki and Nina Taylor were removed from Girl's Tyme, LeToya Luckett joined the group.
The foursome then changed their named to Destiny's Child in 1996. By 2000, LeToya and LaTavia had both exited DC, and Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin joined.
Soon, Farrah would be leaving DC, and we ended up with the three members best-known for fronting Destiny's Child: Kelly, Beyoncé, and Michelle.
DC sadly parted ways in 2005, but not before giving us some unforgettable hits like "Independent Women," "Jumpin', Jumpin'," "Survivor," "Bootylicious," and "Say My Name."
And in my eyes, these are 20 of Destiny's Child's best performances of all time.
1.Their Super Bowl halftime show reunion.
Kelly, Beyoncé, and Michelle reunited on stage at Beyoncé's epic 2013 Super Bowl halftime performance. They sang "Bootylicious," "Independent Women Part 1," and "Single Ladies" together. Beyoncé also sang hits like "Crazy in Love," "End of Time," and "Halo" to celebrate her legendary music career success.
As this photo demonstrates, the three lit up the stage and gave a performance that will no doubt be remembered as one of the greatest shows in Super Bowl history.
2.Their Michael Jackson 30th anniversary celebration performance.
DC sang "Bootylicious" for the 2001 concert, Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration, held at Madison Square Garden. They added in some MJ references, like their sparkly gloves and fedoras, and they really had the crowd going. From the moment they were introduced by the announcer of the event, who said "Please welcome the hottest trio in pop music today: Beyoncé, Kelly, and Michelle, the bootylicious Destiny's Child," you knew it was going to be one for the books.

3.Their NFL Thanksgiving performance.
Okay, this one is definitely one of the top DC performances ever. Their vocals were so smooth as they sang "Lose My Breath" and "Soldier." Plus, they brought out some great additions like a marching band, cheerleaders, and other backup dancers to create this larger-than-life show.
4.Their "Cater 2 U" BET performance.
Destiny's Child fiercely sang the sensual track, "Cater 2 U," at the 2005 BET Awards. In the middle of the performance, the girls kicked it up a notch when they brought Magic Johnson, Nelly, and Terrence Howard on stage and danced for them.
5.Their Britney Spears concert appearance in Hawaii.
In 2000, Destiny's Child was a supporting act for Britney's Hawaii performance after the "Toxic" singer personally invited them to come sing at the show. They absolutely delivered for Britney — the crowd ate up DC's live performance of "Say My Name."
6.Their Music Mania "Jumpin', Jumpin'" performance.
Everybody at Music Mania was jumpin' during this 2000 performance! Watching DC on stage at this concert will make you feel all kinds of nostalgia and wish you were there in person to listen and sing along.
7.Their "Amazing Grace" performance in Smart Guy.
Back when the group consisted of Kelly, Beyoncé, LaTavia, and LeToya, the four appeared in a 1998 episode of Smart Guy, during which they sang "Amazing Grace." This a cappella rendition is beautiful, and the girls' vocal power is undeniable.
8.Their live Gospel medley.
This performance was a medley that included Gospel songs "I'm Available to You" and "I Surender All," and was a moving tribute to Gospel music for BET's celebration of this genre.
9.Their festive Christmas performance.
DC sang a live version of their track, "8 Days of Christmas," for their holiday album. The performance is a great mix of the festive season and classic Destiny's Child soulful sounds.
10.Their "No, No, No" performance on All That.
Destiny's Child appearing as the musical guest on All That is the best of the '90s. LaTavia, Beyoncé, Kelly, and LeToya sang "No, No, No" on the show back in '98 for a crowd of mostly young viewers of the Nickelodeon series. The girls' energy is great, and their sound is just as fresh now as it was when it premiered.
11.Their national anthem reunion.
Kelly, Beyoncé, and Michelle reunited in 2006 to sing the national anthem at an NBA All-Star Game in their hometown of Houston, Texas. They performed the song a cappella, and with their flawless vocals, in just over two minutes they demonstrated why they're one of the greatest girl groups of all time.
12.Their medley at the World Music Awards.
The same year they parted ways, DC sang a medley of their top hits for the audience at the 2005 World Music Awards. They finished off this strong performance with "Survivor," and it brought the WMA crowd to their feet.
13.Their 2004 appearance at the Radio Music Awards.
DC owned the stage when they emerged as the opening act of the 2004 Radio Music Awards. They started off strutting down a staircase as they sang "Lose My Breath," then had an epic wardrobe change during the song and got the show off to an awesome start.
14.Their 2018 Coachella appearance.
Beyoncé pulled out all the stops for her Coachella show in 2018, including a Destiny's Child reunion. She, Michelle, and Kelly sang some of the group's greatest hits and again reminded the world that a DC performance is always a crowdpleaser.
15.Their 2005 "Survivor" performance.
In 2005, the group performed at Live 8 in Philadelphia, which was held to bring attention to the issue of global poverty. They pumped up the crowd as they serenaded them with a powerful version of "Survivor" and other hits.
16.Their Soul Train performance of "With Me."
"With Me" is totally an underrated Destiny's Child song! When you hear Beyoncé, Kelly, LeToya, and LaTavia sing it for this noteworthy 1998 Soul Train appearance, you'll understand why it deserves more attention.
17.Their appearance at the first-ever BET Awards.
Not only did they nail their vocal harmonies and dance moves for this performance at the first-ever BET Awards, but the members of DC also wore some fringed pink outfits that made for one of their best fashion moments.
18.Their performance of "So Good" at Jam in the Park.
During their performance at Jam in the Park in 2001, DC threw it back to "So Good," a track from their 1999 album, The Writing's on the Wall. They got the crowd especially engaged during this part of the performance, and their live version is a great tribute to the original recording of the song.
19.Their live performance of "Bills, Bills, Bills" at The Dome.
DC not only sang "Bills, Bills, Bills" at The Dome for this appearance, but the track was also included on The Dome 1999 CD of popular music. This was a solid performance from the group and marked a breakthrough moment, as the song was one of their first big hits.
20.Their 2015 Stellar Awards reunion.
Kelly, Michelle, and Beyoncé celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Stellar Awards by performing Michelle's song, "Say Yes," together on stage. The track is a catchy and fun Gospel/pop tune, and the girls did a great job singing it to honor the awards show.
