Charlie Sheen's Daughter Sami Gets Plastic Surgery for "Droopy" Nose

Sami Sheen is facing a new chapter.
The OnlyFans model, who is the oldest daughter of exes Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, underwent plastic surgery on Aug. 2 to change what she called her "droopy nose."
"I've wanted a nose job for the past five years," Sami, 20, wrote in a TikTok photo carousel Aug. 13, explaining that she thought her original nose "photographed horribly."
Posting photos of herself before and after the procedure, she continued, "i was soooo nervous, but at the same time i was extremely excited."
According to Sami, her surgery—performed by Los Angeles-based plastic surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar—"went amazing," though she did feel "extremely nauseous from the anesthesia and pain meds."
"It's only day 2 of recovery," she wrote alongside a picture of her bandaged face, "but i already feel like a new woman and im so so happy i finally got my dream nose."

This was not the first time Sami went under the knife. In November, she underwent breast augmentation surgery to increase her bust size.
As seen in a separate TikTok, Sami chose to get 350 CC breast implants—despite concerns from her mom Denise, who is in the process of having her own implants removed.
"I'm trying to talk her out of it," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum told Bustle ahead of Sami's surgery, "because, and the reason why I'm getting them out, is I didn't know how toxic [they are] when I was 19."
Denise continued, "And it's not an easy surgery. It's painful!"
Still, Sami believes her boob job will change her life for the better, including helping her curb her nicotine addiction in preparation for the procedure.
"Realistically, I do want to quit because I know I'm going to be so much healthier and live longer," she said of her vaping habit in a September 2023 TikTok video. "I think me getting my boobs done is honestly going to save my life because it's forcing me to quit this."

During an Instagram Stories Q&A on Aug. 23, the reality TV star didn't shy away from answering a fan's question about her boobs. "Gonna keep it real with y'all," Kristin began her response. "Got a lift after breast feeding all 3 kids."
While The Hills alum isn't opposed to cosmetic procedures, she admitted she's "never done" Botox.
"It's not for me. But I've seen it look amazing on some people," she wrote. "My concern is that we don't know the long term effects of it (and I don't mean 5-10 years, I mean like 20 years) and I think your face is muscle, so we need to work it out the same way we would any other muscle."
