CBS Renews ‘Tracker’, ‘Elsbeth’, ‘Fire Country’ And ‘NCIS’ Dramas
CBS is sticking with its solid drama lineup by ordering more seasons of Elsbeth, Fire Country, Tracker and its three NCIS series.
The network already gave a full-season order to Matlock, and has announced it has ordered the Fire Country spinoff Sheriff Country with Morena Baccarin and the Blue Bloods spinoff Boston Blue with Donnie Wahlberg.

The original FBI series was formerly renewed through the 2026-2027 broadcast season. No word yet on the status of FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International, as well The Equalizer and Watson.
“This season, our new and returning series continue to showcase CBS as the leader in launching and programming the biggest hits with mass appeal for broadcast and streaming viewers,” said CBS Entertainment president Amy Reisenbach in a statement Thursday. “These returning shows represent a mix of long-standing hits and a new generation of fan favorites. In collaboration with our extraordinarily talented partners in front of and behind the camera, we look forward to delivering another successful season.”

CBS says Tracker averages 18 million multi-platform viewers, up 4% year over year, while Elsbeth lures 11 million multi-platform viewers, up 3%.
Here are some other stats that were released by the network via Nielsen: Fire Country averages 10.6 million multi-platform viewers with streaming alone, up 43% year over year; NCIS averages 10.4 million multi-platform viewers with streaming alone, up 3%; NCIS: Origins delivers 9.2 million viewers with streaming alone; and NCIS: Sydney averages 7 million viewers in Live+35 viewing.
