Cardi B Spends 30 Minutes on the Stair Master Just One Week After Welcoming Baby No. 3: 'I'm Dying'
The rapper announced on Sept. 12 that she and estranged husband Offset welcomed their third baby together
Cardi B has revealed her impressive postpartum workout routine.
On Sunday, Sept. 15, just a few days after announcing she welcomed her third baby with estranged husband Offset, 32, the "I Like It" rapper, 31, shared a couple of videos to her Instagram Stories of herself working out on the stair master machine.
"Since Im off tonight im doing a late night gym session... No heavy lifting, no weight just straight stair master until next week and I start with @fitking_plem," the mom of three wrote over a video of herself climbing.

She continued to explain that while she was on bed rest for the first week following the birth of her first two babies — son Wave, 3, and daughter Kulture, 6, whom she also shares with Offset — baby no. 3 is different. "Remember ladies this is my third baby ... with my other 2 babies I was still on bedrest on my first week," Cardi wrote.
"I'm dying," she admitted in the video.
In a second post, Cardi showed the time stamp on her machine, revealing she spent 30 minutes working out.
"Big thirty minutes on the stair master.....ITS PERSONAL!!!!" she excitedly shared.

Cardi jokingly added, "Do you know you got 30 minutes?nYAAAAASSSS THIRTY THIRTY," referring to a popular soundbite used on TikTok.
On Friday, Sept. 13, the singer took to her broadcast channel to give fans an update on how she feels as a newly minted mom of three.
"Thank you everyone that has shown me so much love," the proud mom shared, adding, "I'm sooo in love with my little baby!! She so cute and tiny."
She had nothing but positive words to share about how she's feeling post-birth, writing, "I feel good! Very rejuvenated very empowered, very MOTHA."
"But yes thank you so much for all the beautiful things y'all say it feels really good," she continued. "Bardigang here's a lil pic to get yall mad! Don't judge!! See yall soon."
