Brooke Shields wears a bikini to return to 'Blue Lagoon,' she jokes
Whatever you’ve done this year, Brooke Shields has probably done more. The actress has had a seriously productive 2018 (and it’s still March!), with guest roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Middle, and Jane the Virgin. She also launched her first fashion line, Brooke Shields Timeless, for QVC. Now, she’s taking a much-needed vacation.

The 52-year-old spent some time on the beach and racked up some swimsuit photos that reminded us of her modeling days. No one comes between her and her bikini!

She also gave a nod to her starring role in 1980’s Blue Lagoon, the movie she appeared in when she was just 14 years old.

Surprisingly, Shields told Health in a December 2017 interview that her way of making it all work is to say no sometimes. “I’ve given myself a bit more of a break in that I can’t say yes to everything,” she said. “I have to prioritize, and obviously it starts with your children. But I used to be much later on the list. I’ve started putting myself within a safe distance from that first priority. You just have to remind yourself to not forget about your relationship and to not forget about yourself.”
And make sure to take vacations every now and then.
