‘Billy on the Street’ Rips Into Scientology

During a segment of Billy on the Street, SNL alum Rachel Dratch participated in “Leah Remini’s Escape From Scientology!” It’s an obstacle course based off of Remini’s recent public breakup from the church. But in order to escape Scientology, you have to get in. So Billy started the obstacle course by having Dratch sign the church’s billion-year contract, then had her get married to the fictitious, closeted cousin of Giovanni Ribisi. From there, the escape was on. Rachel fought off aliens for pills, saved her children from a Sea Org Scientology boat, and played a rousing game of “Find Shelly Miscavige.” After releasing a bunch of naked men from John Travolta’s shed, Dratch climbed the Dianetics Volcano, achieving the ultimate Remini prize: a TV Land television contract.
