This Beloved Southern Charm Star Is Not Returning for Season 10

Southern Charm is losing a fan-favorite castmember.

Olivia Flowers confirmed she is leaving the show and won't be a part of season 10.

"I'm not on this new season," the 32-year-old confirmed during the July 12 episode of Schean Shay's Scheananigans podcast. "So I have a lot more free time."

And, according to Flowers—who splits her time between Charleston and Dallas, where her boyfriend Alex Williams lives—it wasn't her choice.

"I was super bummed," the Bravo star added. "I got the call like, a few weeks before filming. The production company was just like, 'You don't really seem to be in Charleston that much. We're noticing on your Instagram you're in Texas, you've got this new boyfriend, and it just seems like you're choosing a different path."

"I don't think it's choosing a different path," Flowers added. "I'm just kinda living my life."

The reality star went on to explain that her mom and dad had also relocated to Texas after her brother Conner died last year at 32 from an accidental drug overdose.

More from E! Online

"My parents had just moved to Texas, and the boyfriend thing just happened very randomly," she noted. "I'm really glad. He was the best part that came out of that year. But had I known it was working against me or making people think I was choosing a different path? I wish there had been more communication there."
