Bangles Frontwoman Susanna Hoffs Looks Ageless in Makeup-Free Video: ‘This Is 65’
“This is 65, no makeup” the musician says in the clip
Susanna Hoffs isn’t afraid to go makeup-free; in fact, she wholeheartedly embraces it.
The Bangles singer and guitarist, 65, shared her peaceful morning routine via a fresh-faced Instagram video, and fans can’t help but call out her stunning natural beauty.
“This is 65. No makeup,” Hoffs says in the clip as she smiles at the camera. “I had my coffee, cheers. And I’m getting ready to walk.”
In the caption of the Tuesday, May 28, post, she wrote, “I just woke up. Sleepy head, despite the coffee.”
Hoffs’ followers seem to love her natural approach to beauty.
“You were a beautiful woman your whole life!” one wrote in the comments.

"I’m 65. Time marches on, but it’s all good," she said in the January 2024 clip. "No makeup. It’s gonna be OK, getting older is OK. It really is. Older and wiser.”
Hoffs’ all-female pop band may have had its heyday in the 1980s and 1990s, but the musician seems to continue to defy time and age. In December 2023, the musician tried on a dress from nearly three decades ago that she found in her closet — and it still fit her like a glove.
"This is the dress that I wore a lot," Hoffs said to the camera while showing off the green minidress, adding that it felt "funny" to revisit it 28 years later.
"All you need is one good dress!" she captioned the Instagram post.

She added in photos and videos of her wearing the garment in the ‘90s, including an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 1996.
“Oh my God, I couldn’t help myself," Hoffs said after trying on the dress. "The dress still kinda fits. I’m sucking in my tummy a little bit.”
The singer wore the vintage piece again a month later in an Instagram clip announcing that all three volumes of her cover album, Under the Covers, were available on streaming platforms.
