Baby on the Way for Joe King and Candice Accola

Dear diary: Candice Accola is pregnant!

The Vampire Diaries actress is expecting her first child with her husband, The Fray guitarist Joe King, she announced Monday on Instagram.

“Sometimes a Saturday is best spent painting t-shirts and taking an awesome family photo. Happy Monday everybody! #ThatAintNoBurritoinMyBelly,” the mom-to-be, 28, captioned a photo of the foursome, including King’s daughters, Ava and Elise, pointing to her bump.

Adds King, “Baby King on the way!!!! So proud to welcome this new life into the world with my beautiful wife and daughters. I truly am a lucky man & dad.”

Accola and King, 35 — who first met at a Super Bowl event and were later set up by Accola’s costar, Nina Dobrev — wed during a French Quarter-themed wedding in October.

Following their New Orleans nuptials, the newlyweds took to Instagram to share snapshots from their special day. Two days later, Accola posted a short wedding video, titled “Real life dream sequence.”
