Ashley Cooke Takes Balletcore to ACM Awards 2024 Red Carpet in Ruffled Georges Chakra High-low Dress
Ashley Cooke embraced balletcore for the 2024 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards in Frisco, Texas, on Thursday. The singer-songwriter wore a high-low dress with a ruffled tulle skirt from Georges Chakra‘s fall 2022 couture collection.
Cooke’s gown featured an exaggerated sweetheart neckline and a triangle cutout on the front of the waist. The bust was embroidered with sparkly black beads, and a tulle sash with polka dots matched the skirt. The back of the high-low skirt featured a long train, and Cooke chose black sandals to complete the look.

The “Your Place” singer kept accessories to a minimum, forgoing a necklace and choosing shimmery white dangling earrings instead. She also wore two rings and a simple gold chain bracelet.

Cooke went for heavy eyeliner and light pink lipgloss.
Cooke was styled by Krista Roser, who recently coordinated her stage look at the Stagecoach music festival. The singer also wore all-black at the event, opting for a matching bejeweled leather and denim vest top and mini shorts. Similarly, Roser styled Cooke for her April performance at the Grand Ole Opry, where she wore a matching vest and trouser set that incorporated black and white colors down the middle.
The singer also matched her mother, Bethany Cooke, who went as her date to the event and similarly wore all-black.
Hosted by Reba McEntire, the ACM Awards will feature performances from Kane Brown, Miranda Lambert, Post Malone, Chris Stapleton and more. The show will stream live on Prime Video, with a red carpet pre-show featuring Megan Moroney.
