'Ant-Man and the Wasp,' from the Quantum Realm to the Lego Comic-Con realm (exclusive)
Before you head out for a screening of Ant-Man and the Wasp, feast your peepers on this Lego set that will available for lucky fans next week at San Diego Comic-Con. Yahoo Entertainment has the exclusive sneak peek below.
The 218-piece, $40 limited-edition playset features both titular heroes of the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe entry in brick form. Paul Rudd’s usually pint-size hero is depicted here in his Giant Man guise, emerging from San Francisco Bay and towering over the city skyline. Evangeline Lilly’s Wasp, meanwhile, puts the “mini” in mini-fig.
The Ant-Man and the Wasp set is one of three Lego exclusives available for attendees of Comic-Con, which runs July 19-22. The other two previously announced sets included Han Solo and Chewbacca in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon from Solo: A Star Wars Story and Aquaman bestride his seahorse steed, Storm (as seen in the classic Filmation and Hanna-Barbera cartoons, not the upcoming Warner Bros. superhero film starring Jason Momoa).
Attendees must enter a lottery at the Comic-Con website (log in beginning today and look for the “exclusives portal”) to register for a chance to purchase the sets. One set will be available per day. More information is on the Comic-Con.org site.
