American Music Awards 2019: Ciara, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez and more rock the red carpet

While we might one day have to look up the details about who won an award in which category at Sunday’s American Music Awards 2019, we’re not likely to forget the standout performances or what people wore. (Just ask Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears!)

Some of this year’s outfits were just as memorable. (Lizzo’s tiny bag is already a thing!) Ciara, the night’s host, began the night as a vision in blue, while Shawn Mendes made purple look good. Performers, including Shania Twain, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez dressed to impress, too. Meanwhile, presenters such as Kane Brown and Carrie Underwood, glammed up for the show as well.
