‘A Heavenly Christmas’ Sneak Peek: Watch Eric McCormack With Angels Kristin Davis and Shirley MacLaine
As Hallmark’s annual Countdown to Christmas movie marathon continues, no film is more anticipated than A Heavenly Christmas, a Hallmark Hall of Fame original premiering Nov. 26.
Kristin Davis as Eve Morgan, a workaholic stockbroker whose annoyance with the holiday season peaks when she slips on ice on her way to a meeting and suffers an untimely death. Once in heaven, she meets Pearl (Shirley MacLaine, the 65th Oscar winner to star in a Hallmark Hall of Fame production), the veteran guardian angel who’ll guide Eve through her new job — being a Christmas angel tasked with granting a young girl’s wish that her uncle Max (Eric McCormack), a struggling musician, find happiness by Dec. 25. As you see in our exclusive sneak peek above, both women have their work cut out for them (and MacLaine still has the best eye roll in the business).

But what happens when she’s called back to heaven?
A Heavenly Christmas is the 258th film in the Hallmark Hall of Fame franchise, which, celebrating its 65th anniversary this year, is TV’s longest-running and most award-winning series (81 Emmys and counting). Glenn Close is the new voice of the franchise, as heard in the promo below.
