72% of ‘The Voice’ fans say Team Niall’s Alexa Wildish was most robbed during playoffs [POLL RESULTS]
Last week on “The Voice,” Team Niall Horan took the stage during the playoffs as all six contestants performed for a shot at making it into the live shows. In the end, three of his artists advanced to the next round: Huntley, Nini Iris and Mara Justine. That meant the other three singers — Claudia B., Julia Roome and Alexa Wildish — were all eliminated.
Gold Derby asked “The Voice” fans to vote in our poll for which of these three was most robbed, and the results are an absolute landslide for Alexa. In fact, a whopping 72% of responders voted for Alexa, compared to just 17% for Julia and 11% for Claudia. Do YOU agree or disagree with those poll results? The next time Team Niall will take the stage is during the live Top 12 performance show on December 4. That is when Huntley, Nini Iris and Mara Justine will compete against the remaining artists from Team John Legend, Team Gwen Stefani and Team Reba McEntire. As a reminder, Niall won last year’s “The Voice” competition with 18-year-old pop singer Gina Miles, so now he’s hoping to go two-for-two this year.

Here’s a brief refresher on the three Team Niall artists who were cut this week:
Alexa Wildish was a four-chair turn in the blind auditions for her cover of “Songbird,” joining Team Niall. She then won her battle of “Everything I Wanted” against Lvndr. In the knockouts, she performed “Believe” and beat out both Julia Roome and Lennon VanderDoes. Alexa’s final song on the show was “Fields of Gold” in the playoffs.
Julia Roome was a two-chair turn in the blind auditions for her cover of “Dream a Little Dream of Me,” joining Team Niall. She then won her battle of “Kiss Me” against Olivia Eden. In the knockouts, she performed “Unstoppable” but lost to Alexa Wildish, however Niall later brought her back to the competition with his “Super Save.” Julia’s final song on the show was “True Colors” in the playoffs.
Claudia B. was a three-chair turn in the blind auditions for her cover of “Human Nature,” joining Team John Legend. She then lost her battle of “Son of a Preacher Man” against Mara Justine, which is when Niall stole her for his team. In the knockouts, she performed “Don’t Know Why” but lost to Huntley, however Niall kept her by pushing his “Save” button. Claudia’s final song on the show was “Talking to the Moon” in the playoffs.
