44 Blue Productions Promotes Three to VP

44 Blue Productions has promoted three execs to VP positions.
Mark Hamaguchi has been elevated to vice president of production management, Gina Becconsall to VP of post operations and PJ Donnelly to VP of post-production and technical services.
“Their new roles are reflective of their incredible work, which has consistently enabled 44 Blue to supply our network partners and their audiences with original, high-quality, and thought provoking entertainment content,” said Rasha Drachkovitch, co-founder and CEO of 44 Blue Productions.
In his new role, Hamaguchi will oversee production management for all 44 Blue projects, including pilots and series in active production. Since joining the company in 2002, Hamaguchi has managed more than 600 hours of production, including A&E’s Emmy-nominated reality program, “Wahlburgers.”
Becconsall will continue to oversee post-production operations on all 44 Blue series and pilots in production. Since joining 44 Blue Productions in 2005, she has overseen more than 500 hours of programming for more than 20 networks.
Donnelly is set to manage the construction and maintenance of the company’s new post department. He arrived at 44 Blue Productions in 2002 and has more than 20 years of experience with networks, including HBO, CBS, FOX, Discovery, A&E, and MTV.
