Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, and Pierce Brosnan Share the Ultimate Crossover Idea
It’s about time… for the ultimate blockbuster crossover, that is! On Tuesday, Ryan Reynolds posted a pic of himself with Pierce Brosnan and Hugh Jackman. Now, unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last 15 years or so, you know that each of these stars has been attached to a major franchise. Jackman is pretty much synonymous with X-Men‘s Wolverine at this point (he has Logan coming out this year), while Brosnan remains one of the most beloved James Bonds of all time (and there is some stiff competition there). Reynolds is a newer addition to the club, starring in 2016’s breakout hit Deadpool, playing the titular character, of course.
In the pic, the three strike the classic “hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil” pose as they chill on a sofa. “Wolvie. Bond. Wade,” Reynolds — who was recently named Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding Man of the Year — captioned the snap.

Jackman also posted a cute (albeit less posed) picture of the crew from the event, with the hashtag #wolverinebonddeadpool. Guess he wasn’t a fan of “Wolvie.” It’s also worth noting that Brosnan is clearly very excited about something, as demonstrated by his dual fist pumps. Maybe they just all decided to make a film together… or maybe they just all found out they were getting free watches.

The three dashing gents were gathered at the SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie), which seems to be a fancy name for a watch show. Piaget shared another pic of Reynolds hitting the arrivals carpet sporting one of the brand’s timepieces.

Jackman also shared a shot promoting a watch, though his brand of choice was Montblanc.
An awesome night in Geneva with Jerome, Violante & the entire team @montblanc #mbsihh #montblanc #sp

The pics of the boys cleaned up and flashing their timepieces are nice and all, but they don’t hold a candle to the more casual pics of them on the couch. And while a triple-crossover seems highly unlikely for a variety of reasons, at least they’ve collectively planted the seed. Now all we can do is wait. Tick, tick, tick.
