Maison Margiela's PFW Show Just Gave You All the Makeup Inspiration You Need This Year
The original purpose of the Grand Palais in Paris was to be a mecca of great French art, and on Wednesday of Paris Fashion Week, Maison Margiela used the space for precisely that purpose.
Margiela’s autumn/winter collection, described as “a collage of authentic classics” on the designer’s Instagram, boasted military greens, oversized belt buckles, and a theme of “raw core.”
One of the most fascinating aspects of the show was the variety of beauty looks used on the models, with no two identical in color or styling. Blunt bobs, dark outlined lips, and some starkly bare faces graced the runway in what was a surprisingly cohesive show. Check out some of the best looks here.
