Junk Food Makeover: Nestlé Crunch Bar

Move over Nestlé. This quinoa chia crunch bar is a superfood power bar that tastes great and is good for you. Quinoa is a complete protein giving you some power to get through your day. Dark chocolate will keep your skin soft and supple.
Ingredients:
12 ounces dark chocolate 70%
2 tablespoons puffed quinoa
2 teaspoons chia seeds
Yields: 4 servings
Method:
Chop up chocolate and place in a stainless steel bowl.
Heat in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir occasionally with a spatula.
Once melted, remove from heat.
Mix in puffed quinoa and chia seeds.
Pour mixture into a silicon chocolate mold and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from molds and enjoy. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
