At 41, Heidi Klum is without question one of the most gorgeous women in the world. The Project Runway host always looks amazing, whether she’s photographed running errands with her four children in tow, or posing for a magazine. Today on her Instagram account, however, Klum gave fans a peek behind the beauty curtain revealing how much it takes to get into supermodel mode.

The star posted a fresh-faced selfie caption simply “before.” In the photo, Klum rocks slicked back wet hair, no discernable makeup, and unlined eyes. With cosmetics strewn behind her, Klum looks ready for her makeover. Although, if this photo proves anything it’s that she doesn’t really need any makeup at all.

In the after photo, Klum looks totally different showing what an incredible transformation hair and makeup can create. Klum boasts teased out hair, a smoky winged eye, bombshell lashes, contoured cheeks, bold brows, and flawless skin. Klum credited makeup artist Linda Hay and hair stylist Brent Lawler with giving her the ultra glam look. Of course, there will be always be fans who prefer one look over the other, but either way who can resist a good before and after? Which look do you like best?
